ABOUT ME

I started my coaching journey with one goal in mind: to help people find happiness—in their work, their relationships, and their everyday lives.

In highschool I worked as a habilitation and respite provider supporting kids with life skills development. That experience sparked a passion for working one-on-one with individuals, which only grew as I began tutoring students with learning differences. I quickly discovered how much I loved helping young people build independence, confidence, and knowledge.

This led me to pursue a degree in Behavioral Health Science with a minor in Spanish at Grand Canyon University. I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to supporting others—and now, I get to do what I love every single day.

A few years ago, I was hired by a local nonprofit to launch and lead a life skills program for teens and young adults with special needs. The joy I found in helping clients identify and achieve their goals inspired me to become a certified life coach. After several years of running that program and seeing its impact, I felt called to branch out and start something of my own. That’s when Skipa Life Skills and Learning was born—a space where I could expand my reach and support individuals of all abilities and ages as they navigate life transitions and discover what’s next.

I’m deeply inspired by the human experience and the courage it takes to grow. Coaching gives me the honor of walking alongside people who are ready to push themselves, discover their strengths, and create meaningful change in their lives.
